We are looking for:

Machining Supervisor
Bekasi (Jawa Barat), Purwakarta (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:
Your Job :

• Manage daily operation in the machining department.
• Support availability of the workforces to undertake jobs in the shop and field services
• Inspect and approves each immediate step of job progress.
• Responsible for keeping all machines and accessory tools in good working order and reporting accurately problems that arises to be corrected.
• Any other responsibility assigned to the machinist supervisor to support the company goals and objectives.
• Responsible for ordering or replacing tooling as required.
• Responsible for insuring that the accessory tools such as centering tools, steady rest and tool post grinders are used properly when required.
• Insures that each employee is trained and experienced in reading and understanding the manufacturing drawings.
• Guide employees to apply proper machining process to achieve safe and efficient completion of the parts.
• Responsible and reports to Production Manager.

Requirements:
Your Profile :

• Engineering degree or college graduate (S-1or D-3)
• At least 5 years working experiences as Supervisor in handling repair works and manufacture the parts require for gas/ steam turbine, compressors, pumps, and other rotating equipment.
• Having practical experiences in operation of machining equipments and related machine tools for the CNC, lathe machine and milling.
• Preferably having experiences with companies background in oil and gas, petrochemical industry, power plant, fertilizer plant, engineering services, heavy industries or other similar.
• Familiar with turbine machineries and rotating equipments repair and services activities

PPC Coordinator
Bekasi (Jawa Barat), Purwakarta (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

• Develop plan and provide schedule and plan for customer job activities.
• Provide planning and scheduling of production activities as per target.
• Coordinate with project leaders for schedule of customer job activities and delivery time as per target.
• Maintain and monitor implementation using applicable software system
• Maintain job schedules are updated and keep inform the status of work in progress to sales team
• Maintain job deliveries are in line with updated schedule.
• Maintain man hours of customer jobs as per work order release.
• Support and assist production manager activities as requested.
• Coordinate of manpower allocation based on job priority.
• Indicate and schedule priority job.
• Follow up and coordinate with project leader the job sequencing activities.
• Develop and maintain weekend supervisory lists.
• Prepare schedule for weekend jobs based on priority and urgency.
• Obtain updated information to project leaders.
• Manage and control master file and documentation.
• Set up daily and weekly production meetings.
• Prepare monthly man hours report.

Requirements:
Your Profile :

• Min. engineering degree or equivalent education from reputable University.
• Min. 5 years experience as PPC in engineering service / repair shop company.
• Excellent in MS Office ( Word, Excel, Project and Power Point) application besides Graphic / Design Utilities (Adobe, Corel, Visio Technical, and AutoCAD) are preferred.
• Having good communication skills in messaging system (lotus notes, outlook express etc.)
• Familiar with project management software
• Good interpersonal skill and solid supporter of his team member
• Familiar with Rotating equipment.

General requirements :

• Ready to work extra time and be flexible to suit the production work load requirement.
• Familiar with Safety & Health Awareness, Hygiene Awareness, Fire Fighting & Hydrant PPE
• Familiar with ISO 9001 – 2000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 procedures and implementation.
• Fluent in English (verbal & written) and computer literacy
• Good team work
• Ability to create and maintain good communication with stakeholders
• Willing to work in / relocate to Purwakarta / Cikampek, West Java, Indonesia.
